Pros
I have been with the company for a couple of years now, and have to say that the change in Sr Management in the past 12-14 months has been very positive. The company may have lost their way, but I like the companies new focus on the customers, on quality and on delivering on their commitments. This is a refreshing change from other companies I have been with.
There is a new CEO, CFO, CIO, and GM within the past year, and they all seem to be well aligned and bring in a positive change to the company. I am reinvigorated and excited about where we are going
Cons
Some of the production facilities are older, and in need of a face lift. Could use some more "down time" as opposed to working hard so much of the time.
