      Pros

      I have worked in production since I was 18 years old and this is by far the best production job I have ever had. This company has great benefits, they have went up in pay to stay competitive with comparable production companies in the area. It is a very clean and safe environment to work in. They offer benefits after 30 days which is great.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of any cons. This is just a great place to work.

      Management has no clue how to treat people. If your not a robot and don't kiss enough A your not gonna make it.
