      Pros

      Cpi is a good fair place to work. If there is OT available you can always pick up OT. Most people there are like family.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours can be hard to get used to. Most shifts are 10 to 12 hr shifts. Ins could be better.

We realize that our employees are our most important asset. Our Comp committee actively reviews the job market to make sure that CPI is competitive in its pay and benefits.

      Management has no clue how to treat people. If your not a robot and don't kiss enough A your not gonna make it.
