      The leadership all the way up to the exectutives cares about their employees and maintaining a work-life balance. Most of the projects are exciting and will help an employee grow in their position. The overall atmosphere is warm and supportive, and the hours are great with the ability to work from home on Fridays.

      Cons

      Some processes can be cumbersome.

      Management has no clue how to treat people. If your not a robot and don't kiss enough A your not gonna make it.
