Pros

Friendly co-workers (depends on shift) Decent pay Paid breaks Fairly chill atmosphere (depends on shift I think) Climate controlled

Cons

Mandatory overtime, 12 hour shifts. Machines are setup to cause as much discomfort as possible when working. Will have you take a course on ergonomics while sitting in the most unergonomic position possible without the slightest hint of irony. Destroys your mental and physical health, eats up all your time leaving you miserable and drained and only barely able to recover to do it all again even with a 3 day weekend.

CPI Card Group Response

In December of 2021, IN completed an ergonomic audit. We are working hard to make changes to improve ergonomics throughout our plant. Mandatory overtime has been no more than 6 hours a week. We foresee this continuing for the near future. However, we have great options for shifts where employees can work 4 days or 3 days a week at most positions.
