Zero Stars-Do not recommend - Image Operator CPI Card Group Employee Review

I saw some really bad behavior during COVID. We had to wear masks and social distance for our and others safety. A lot of employees didn't do it or came into work sick and management just ignored it. I saw people YELL at the HR person about masks, vaccines, need to stay home if sick and management just sat there and watched it happen. The company has just changed over the last few years and not for the better. Co-workers are still the best part, but it seems like management is a lot of back stabbing and I'm only here for the money type of environment now. I hear them talk about their management co-workers on the production floor in really bad ways. I wish it would go back to being a respectful work place for everyone.
