Before officially joining CPI, the recruiter (I'll just use her initials LP) was such an awesome person to work with and was very helpful. She made sure all of my questions were answered and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Even after starting at CPI, the recruiter continues to be a great and pleasant help. The CPI culture, team, and management are very supportive in making sure I am settling well into my role. My team leader tends to ask how I am doing and if I am needing any help with anything and makes themselves easily available to reach if needed. My interaction with other departments or disciplines has also been very friendly and even a learning experience at times. Coming to work everyday has been a positive time at CPI thus far.
