      Pros

      - Management really cares about their employees and it shows. Always willing to jump in and help! - Pay is decent - Flexible work life balance if you are good with time management. - Culture is awesome. The team bond is very strong and it's very inclusive and not clicky. Would give this company 100 stars if I could.

      Cons

      Wish I would have found a company like this sooner instead of wasting time at companies with poor management, no work life balance, and toxic environments.

      Management has no clue how to treat people. If your not a robot and don't kiss enough A your not gonna make it.
