      Pros

      There is always work, and nearly always overtime. Location is indoors. Plant manager is nice.

      Cons

      Pay is not that great either. Company cites "National market based pay" but doesn't consider local cost of living. You're lucky to get a 3% raise every year, good luck with merit based raises if at all.

      Management has no clue how to treat people. If your not a robot and don't kiss enough A your not gonna make it.
