      Pros

      When you chose a place to work it should be a great atmosphere. The interaction with all levels of the organization has been outstanding. The way we share information on how the company operates from the operator level to the managers level is outstanding. The company makes you feel like part of the team from day one.

      Cons

      I drive about an hour and a half to work each day (but worth the drive). The workload is a lot sometimes.

      Management has no clue how to treat people. If your not a robot and don't kiss enough A your not gonna make it.
