Lack of training after reaching the field. Extremely toxic work environment. Very little clarity of when things should be done and who should do it (constant finger-pointing and playing the blame game). Managers are usually whoever puts their hands up and more often than not they're the worst at their jobs. Non-Unionized employees try to coerce unionized employees to break union rules. The constant pressure to break Transport Canada regulations for the benefit of the company. Nepotism runs deep within the company, which leads to hiring unqualified employees. Creel is not a good person.
