Pros
They have a pension plan. Good benefits and if your hired they will keep you regardless of your performance. known for moving their "problem" to another area of the company?! If your lazy, this is the perfect spot for you, no joke. It's even a running joke among employees.
Cons
No career path, and only if you are liked by leadership will you be moved very quickly into management even without prior mgmt experience?! Employees complain all the way to the top and you can't trust anyone.Big time and trust issues in all areas of the business.
