Great teams, trying to drive new culture with the changing trends in society, great benefits, great support system vertically and horizontally! Depending on your team, you can work four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days-- which is ideal for those who work in different styles.
Cons
"old school" culture is still dominating workspaces and productivity. Some people are not open to change or receiving feedback, as they have been there for 10-20 years already. Also, diversity is not really well-represented within the company.
