Pros
There are very few pros to working at CR England. They appear to take a sincere interest in their employees however, the only true interest that have is themselves.
Cons
The upper management often enguages employees with tasks then changes direction creating issues among the various teams. The will then throw blame singling out individuals and terminating them. This can be proven.
