Pros
Challenging and personally rewarding work as it directly improves the lives of people around the world. Teams feel more like family than co-workers. Flexible hours and availability of working from home when needed are a big plus. People are willing to jump in and help when you ask for it. I am a senior level person that has worked at several places in my career and have many contacts in other companies. CRB is at the very top of the list!
Cons
Promotion seems to be more about who you know versus what you have done for the company. They seem to keep there top technical performers in the same roles even though those employees have other goals.
