      Pros

      CRB is a great place to work. There are opportunities for growth and development. CRB spends a good bit of time and money on the professional development of it's staff. You can also pave a way for yourself, especially if there is an area in which you excel and can find a business need for that. You can make the most of your career at CRB. They are engaging in the community, young professionals and mentoring of their staff.

      Pros

      The leadership team generally demonstrates a friendly demeanor; however, I was in the field, and my interactions with them were limited. I appreciated the competitive starting per diem rate offered.

      Cons

      It seems the F&B division is disorganized compared to the Pharma side. F&B was placed under the rest of the company, so hopefully this will improve things. Health benefits are okay, but I joined my wife's government benefits. Many supervisors seem self-centered, leading to confusion, frustration, and delays.
