Pros
The best part about working at CRB is that management cares about it's employees and their careers. They are very engaged with employee goal planning and mentoring, and pride themselves on being a place where there employees can have an entrepreneurial spirit. Being a junior level engineer, I have worked with management to lay out a plan for where I want to go in my career and how to get there. With this in mind I have had the opportunity to work with more senior level engineers on projects and have gotten first hand mentoring which has been invaluable to my career. Besides the mentoring and goal planning, CRB also promotes a very positive and open office environment. Management is very approachable and takes pride in hearing employee issues and ideas regardless of where they are at in their careers. They also are very aware of employees work loads and believe in having a good work/home life balance.
Cons
With the rate that the Medford office is growing and the potential for large projects on the horizon, it will be important to continue to hire good people to meet project demands and avoid people getting too burnt out.
