Pros
The structure allows for personal growth that is not hindered by others . You do not need to wait for a manager to get promoted or retire to move up. The resources are available across the company are invaluable and other CRBers are always willing to help when input or help is needed. CRB is willing to listen to new ideas and implement anything with added value. CRB values its employees as people and understands that everyone has a life. Hours are flexible as long as you get your work done, and when times are tough, there are not immediate layoffs to compensate.
Cons
Growing pains from significant growth over the last 5 years is leading to change that is slowly being incorporated.
