Pros

-Working on different projects provides unique and varied experiences to explore different aspects of the industry. I have worked on conceptual design, detailed design, and commissioning. I worked alongside intelligent and motivated professionals to complete different projects. I enjoy the multifaceted work with inter-disciplinary teams. I like the opportunities to work with equipment vendors and clients. -Professional development opportunities are plentiful. CRB offices hold in-person and over-the-phone meetings to learn from subject matter experts about past projects, lessons learned, best practice, and regulations. I have attended external technical conferences to further this learning. -The culture is fun and supportive. Our business team leader urges us to speak up if we feel overwhelmed or anticipate a significant amount of work. We have happy hours and fun outings. I know my mentor and business team leader care about my success and happiness at work. -I am able to grow as an employee beyond my typical job functions and elected to lead college recruitment and charity events.

Cons

It takes a disciplined employee to meet deadlines or speak up for support when we are busy. It takes a driven employee to keep up with professional development in downtime.

Pros

The leadership team generally demonstrates a friendly demeanor; however, I was in the field, and my interactions with them were limited. I appreciated the competitive starting per diem rate offered.

Cons

It seems the F&B division is disorganized compared to the Pharma side. F&B was placed under the rest of the company, so hopefully this will improve things. Health benefits are okay, but I joined my wife's government benefits. Many supervisors seem self-centered, leading to confusion, frustration, and delays.
