-Working on different projects provides unique and varied experiences to explore different aspects of the industry. I have worked on conceptual design, detailed design, and commissioning. I worked alongside intelligent and motivated professionals to complete different projects. I enjoy the multifaceted work with inter-disciplinary teams. I like the opportunities to work with equipment vendors and clients. -Professional development opportunities are plentiful. CRB offices hold in-person and over-the-phone meetings to learn from subject matter experts about past projects, lessons learned, best practice, and regulations. I have attended external technical conferences to further this learning. -The culture is fun and supportive. Our business team leader urges us to speak up if we feel overwhelmed or anticipate a significant amount of work. We have happy hours and fun outings.
