Paycheck is bi-monthly. Co-workers are fun to work with.
Cons
Click culture. Upper management has no understanding of schedules or how construction works. Very long hours 50+ a week Bonuses are very low No company vehicles Insurance that is company paid has very night deductible 401k match is low Problems do not get addressed in a good manner, and are left to fester Design is constantly over budget or behind schedule. Thereby increasing stress on construction. When design goes over budget, they make it up with profits from construction. Many designers that are not held accountable.
