Pros

Going to work everyday is actually enjoyable at CRB. The Boston Office has a great culture and youthful vibe. We have two beer taps, and there is usually a decent group that signs off around 4:00 on Thursdays and socializes by the beer taps.

Cons

Cooperate seems to be doing a lot of constant restructuring to align with industry needs. Not a huge deal, but does get a bit confusing. There have been some growing pains as the Boston Office has lost people, and gained new people, but overall increased in size. Onboard training for new hires is subpar, but getting better. It’s hard sometimes working on a project team, where some people are new to the company, and do not know our basic standards. But there is always someone whiling to help you out when you are lost. There seems to be a lot of changes internally (quality reviews processes, new ERP system, new security badges, etc). All the changes can be overwhelming at times, but there is always a good amount of training to help.

Pros

The leadership team generally demonstrates a friendly demeanor; however, I was in the field, and my interactions with them were limited. I appreciated the competitive starting per diem rate offered.

Cons

It seems the F&B division is disorganized compared to the Pharma side. F&B was placed under the rest of the company, so hopefully this will improve things. Health benefits are okay, but I joined my wife's government benefits. Many supervisors seem self-centered, leading to confusion, frustration, and delays.
