      Pros

      CRB was a great opportunity during the time that I worked there. Smart people designing, engineering, and building spaces that helped to heal the world during COVID and feed the planet. It was a team environment with entrepreneurship opportunities to grow and make things better.

      Cons

      Mid-west corporate headquarters and based senior leadership did not understand the Northeast and West Coast marketplaces, how business is conducted in one area does not always translate into another region. Financial difficulties that has led to multiple rounds of layoffs, lack of transparancy, and team collaboration.

      Pros

      The leadership team generally demonstrates a friendly demeanor; however, I was in the field, and my interactions with them were limited. I appreciated the competitive starting per diem rate offered.

      Cons

      It seems the F&B division is disorganized compared to the Pharma side. F&B was placed under the rest of the company, so hopefully this will improve things. Health benefits are okay, but I joined my wife's government benefits. Many supervisors seem self-centered, leading to confusion, frustration, and delays.
