Pros

CRB's biggest draw, in my opinion, was their great corporate culture. Management and fellow employees were incredibly supportive and fostered a collaborative teaming environment.

Cons

The headline here is pay - it is well below industry standards across the board for IT. Their selling point is that the tradeoff is culture/work life balance, which is great until it's not. We had a few bad apples in our department and the flip side of the cultural coin reared its ugly head as management was not willing to go farther than very passive steps to try to resolve the issues we were facing. As a result most of the department has left the company, both the good and the bad (but the good people left first). The other issue I ran into, which could be different depending on your discipline and experience, is I hit a glass ceiling really fast and there was really no opportunity for growth.

Pros

The leadership team generally demonstrates a friendly demeanor; however, I was in the field, and my interactions with them were limited. I appreciated the competitive starting per diem rate offered.

Cons

It seems the F&B division is disorganized compared to the Pharma side. F&B was placed under the rest of the company, so hopefully this will improve things. Health benefits are okay, but I joined my wife's government benefits. Many supervisors seem self-centered, leading to confusion, frustration, and delays.
