Great people, very interesting work, great CEO leadership, decent pay, flexible hours, good life and work balance, star performers are recognized, great growth potential, new leadership that promotes growth and best practices in Capture planning

Cons

As for most companies, inefficient but making progress, compensation and incentive packages can be improved, some staff are weak performers that aren't being addressed, workload varies significantly depending on division

We're all affected by these extreme changes in the US government so it's a bit stressful to try and diversify our portfolio quickly
