Pros

Majority of staff are always willing to help and go above and beyond. They are passionate about what they do and the people the organization helps. Management makes a real effort to reward good work and provide constructive solutions for sub-par performance. If you need a place to grow professionally with plenty of support, CRDF Global is one of the best. Plus, the office is great.

Cons

Somewhat resistant to change and cutting-edge ideas. There are some in upper management who seem like they don't want to be there. The whispering and gossip got annoying.

We're all affected by these extreme changes in the US government so it's a bit stressful to try and diversify our portfolio quickly

good opportunities for travel and to meet with government funders hybrid work and internal office events were nice perks but may be eliminated now with all the funding cuts
