The experience working with the government, and great people at DOS and DOD. Not so much to say about the compny itself

Cons

Abusive managers, no work life balance, no vision for growth or development, and a lot of empty talk about “culture” and “values” when the executives don’t even know what direction to take the company. Expect a new mission statement, organizational structure, team names, and company priorities every 6 months.

Transparent, and open management, excellent benefits, top nut employees

Cons

We're all affected by these extreme changes in the US government so it's a bit stressful to try and diversify our portfolio quickly

good opportunities for travel and to meet with government funders hybrid work and internal office events were nice perks but may be eliminated now with all the funding cuts
