Pros

The office is overall very friendly Medical benefits, tuition assistance, and follows federal holiday schedule

Cons

- Work life balance is nonexistent. If you want to get promoted, be prepared to go to happy hours and office events outside of work hours. You will get e-mails at all hours despite the upper level management saying how important work life balance is - Company cultural training was overkill and took time away from important projects. It felt forced and the written values were very different then the ones you saw in action - Like most nonprofits, you will never be good enough unless your whole life revolves around the organization. The pay does not reflect this, but you won't get promoted otherwise.

Transparent, and open management, excellent benefits, top nut employees

Cons

We're all affected by these extreme changes in the US government so it's a bit stressful to try and diversify our portfolio quickly
