Pros
Absolutely cannot think of any redeeming feature that the job or the organization has. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Cons
Insane micromanagement and meetings all the time. Capricious management style. They like you one day, and stab you in the back the next. If they have a beef with you, they will start micromanaging your hours and doing things like disapproving leave after they had already approved it in a an effort to freeze you out. No trust whatsoever coming mostly from management. The organization has a heightened sense of self-worth, but most of its work involves running meetings and exchanges for the US government. Total waste of taxpayer dollars in so many instances. People bill to projects even though they don’t work on them. Asinine and overly bureaucratic processes and procedures. Finance department is a joke. The job market is good. Don’t settle for a job at CRDF. Put your efforts in finding a better job with better pay and better management at another development organization. A stint here could be a real career killer.
