Do not buy a single word they say, just run, spent years with them and they will destroy your career and reputation, if not out of spite, then simply by association with them. Insurance is okay though.
Cons
Overheightened sense of self worth, think theyre doing God’s work when they’re just funnelling money or running meetings that the govt doesn’t want to do itself. Micromanagers to the extreme. If they have beef with you, they’ll ruin your life. They’ve gone after former employees and ruined their job prospects because these employees tried to tell the world about the mess that goes on here. If you join to work here, expect it to be like a cult, where your performance evaluation is entirely based on their likeness of you and whether you ascribe to their “values” and “beliefs” and “mission statements.” Its just a chance to judge you personally and put you in your place. Youre either in or out with these people, and it never has to do with your performance. It’s some mean girls stuff that goes on here. Seriously - do yourself a favor, and go get a better paid job.
