Used to be ideal work environment, left when it was shell of itself - Program Manager CRDF Global Employee Review

Too many executives hired that were touted as friends of CEO or other VPs. Growth mindset and constant org chart changes burned out most employees on our teams. No additional compensation when given larger workloads. Promised educational or training opportunities never came after years of talk. Too many internal management meetings. Poor financial tools and support staff; went through no less than a dozen finance analysts while I was there. Too much of a push to replace existing staff with cheaper folks based out of regional hubs. Layoffs were handled poorly and devastated morale.
