The employees are amazing. They do great work. Crdf is nothing without the people that do the work. Everyone above middle management is useless.

Cons

CEO hires his friends for exorbitant salaries and unneeded roles. Execs smile to your face but make poor choices that negatively affect staff. They will lay an entire team off before just one exec. If you can avoid this place, avoid it.

Transparent, and open management, excellent benefits, top nut employees

Cons

We're all affected by these extreme changes in the US government so it's a bit stressful to try and diversify our portfolio quickly
