Pros
Employee compensation package, direction of the department and upper level management knows how to drive results through inspiration and empowerment. Lots of opportunities for growth if based out of corp head quarters. Work life balance and remote working capabilities so long as your work ethic is consistent with company goals as your focus.
Cons
Middle management is inexperienced and it shows. Buck savings to pad bonuses is highly visible unfortunately but not out of the norm from other organizations.
