Pros

Ongoing opportunity to learn No prior experience required They will pay for you to get a CDL

Cons

Micromanaging Supervisors They do not listen to good business sense at all They only want to save money, they don't care about the customers or the workers Conflicting information constantly ie The boss will tell you to do one thing, even if you say it's a bad idea for x reason, then if the idea goes wrong for x reason the boss will reprimand you for doing it that way. No real room for growth They punish the good workers and promote the people that no call no show regularly They don't understand the area their plants are in therefore they make business decisions that negatively affect different branches and cause them to lose business but they don't care and will continue to implement the already failing policies and then punish the workers for the policies they implemented backfiring They do not care about you, trust me, no matter how long you've been there they do not care about you

Pros

Overall, it’s a really good company—probably some of the best benefits in the industry, and that’s one of the main reasons I chose to work here.

Cons

My advice to anyone considering it: be careful about the promises you’re made during the hiring process. Make sure everything is put in writing, and make sure it’s exact—your position, job description, responsibilities, and what is expected of you. Things can change. If the person who hired you leaves or moves on, the person who replaces them may see things differently and change everything. That can include doing away with the position you were hired for and moving you into a completely different role—one you may have never left your previous job to take in the first place.
