Pros
I worked from home, got to suggest what shift I preferred (and actually got it), supervisors were very helpful whenever I had questions, there were also benefits.
Cons
The actual company was fine, it was some of the customers who would be very difficult to help (which you get anywhere when working in customer service), a lot of very thick accents which sometimes made things more difficult. I also had to buy all of my equipment myself, which was about $500 for the headset, phone, landline and things for my office. Laptop or computer is mandatory for the job. There was no employee discount for Future Shop or Best Buy.
