Pros

Almost none that I can think of

Cons

Toxic work atmosphere, nepotism, improper relations with management and subordinates. Managers are mostly related by blood or marriage and are entirely checked on and look down on employees who work there. I worked there and experienced harassment from one particular employee who was a supervisor and management did nothing at all. The place has received multiple FAA violations. The owner used to work at the air port and interestingly enough ended up with a contract with the exact same air port. Absolutely disgusting and should be investigated

Pros

I've been working for CRJ 10/2023 started as a csa and gained many other qualifications since. Over this time, I’ve observed a lot and even some of the ruff patches or growing pains. The other professional fields I’ve worked in have given me an appreciation for the leadership we have here. Side note, aviation is definitely a great field to build your career in! To start out, I appreciate that CRJ has rewarded hard work and promoted from within, which is really cool. People have come and go as they do with any job but our team culture has continuously improved. I've witnessed our management taking seriously the concerns of employees then actively making improvements. Even the very top founders are not the usual “stuck in their ways or impersonable” They are impressively malleable, innovative, and open to ideas. Our local team here is very focused on professional and personal growth. I’ve experienced the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. It's really amazing. It's hard and it's challenging, probably one of the more stressful things I've done, 8but also the most rewarding work. Our team connects as we go through it together and support each other. I can look back at the many times management has bought us pizza after a hard shift. We’ve celebrated people’s birthday months, had Christmas parties and team building events. You won't find a perfect job anywhere and you won't be the perfect employee, but this place seems to have all the right pieces. There are expectations and high standards-which is not for the people who want to scape-by with the bare minimum in life. Sometimes due to the nature of the job, you don't get the schedule out but a week in advance. However, they have worked with me to give me the time I need for important events and appointments. While they try to keep it consistent, the schedule varies. Which I love that I am not stuck with exactly the same schedule every single week. People like the ability to swap shifts with other coworkers and pick up extra hours when available.

Cons

- The unfortunate part of working with the public in a customer service role where plans go array and regulations have to be enforced, is you will have to deal with ridiculous behaviors and out of portion reactions.
