Pros
Though there were issues I worked through them dedicating myself to this job believing it was my last...a keeper. Right when my 1 yr as a manager came for a raise review...we all called into a mandarory phone taped call. We were loosing our jobs in 2 months they lost a huge account that broke even a contract. Having relocated and 2 wks prior re signing a very costly lease....I about fell to the ground. There was no warning, nor did my District know.
Cons
2.5 to 4 hrs were to be spent giving breaks as the company chose to save money and delete the helper job.i never had time for a break and had to put my foot down to myself from ALways taking a good 2 hrs of work home. I had only a handful of breaks in 1 yr. I was stuck for a while with some very rude workers who really needed directed to the door. And put up with their not deserved emails...reporting to HR,etc. The company even simply transfered them to be someone elses problem in the end. All of my s staff received calls for another job offer. All but management.
