Completely disorganized. They service several different retailers so there is always a lot of work, but the way they assign the territories is a complete mess. There are several reps in each area and each rep has a few assigned stores for each retailer. Because of the way this is set up, in addition to the website where reps access the jobs, it is difficult to keep track of what jobs need to be done for each week. The project dates are all over the place and there is no way to organize them in a way that makes it easy to determine. They have a lot of projects where they send materials to your house, which you will often receive only a couple days before the due date. For that reason, you are always backtracking and running in circles trying to get things done. Mileage and print reimbursement is a joke. They only reimburse at 27 cents per mile between stores, and 6 cents per page for printing so you will pay out of pocket for printing and gas. When you enter your drive time and mileage in your timesheet, the system rearranges your stores for the day in a way to where they pay the least amount possible and while you can manually adjust the calculations for drive time, there is no way to adjust your actual mileage so you also lose a lot of money that way. So even though they pay higher hourly rate than most other companies, considering what you end up paying out of pocket for gas and printing, the overall compensation is actually a lot less. My paychecks are often just enough to cover my gas cost to get to work each week, with very little, if any, money left over for anything else. The training is done online for the most part and when you are finished, there is no way to print or refer back to any of the training materials, so if you can't remember it all, then you are out of luck. The employee website and apps are a complete mess. You have a different app or link for everything you need to do rather than just having everything in one place which makes everything take way longer than it should. You will only get around 10-15 hours each week, but you will find that between your actual work hours, plus checking and reading the 4-5 emails they send out DAILY, plus the time you spend printing and downloading instructions, etc, this job will take up your entire week, leaving no room to get anything else done.

an honest example of your day, we will pay you for 15 minutes to run up to a Walmart. For that 15 minutes we will expect you to read instructions for any new changes, run in and check in with a manager, find our product, count our products exactly, go to the back room and find our products (which is by far the longest step), count our products in the back exactly, bring our products to the front of the store, take pictures and answer questions, remove all old products, stock by date, take pictures and answer questions. If this takes you 25-30 minutes, which is probably a more accurate accounting, we will still only pay you for 15. If you are lucky there may be another job that day, but if not you will be expected to waste your gas, drive to the Walmart that we demanded, and work that 15 minute job alone. In that case we will be demanding that you take an hour out of your day for $3.00.
