Management could care less how you are treated. Make the store managers happy no matter how unprofessionally you are treated. Crossmark's only concern is about their accounts.

Former supervisor i worked with in Buffalo NY created a pleasant family team environment that created loyalty and great work environment.
Cons
New supervisor after that was nasty and still has a high turnover because of her poor management skills
That's why I left
No support or family team atmosphere anymore.
