Inconsistent hours. Very little training. Hard to understand some of the tickets. Both of my stores were very disorganized, never had the right inventory, and the DMs were almost impossible to find. Not sure if it was Walmart or Crossmark's fault but still a headache and not worth the $10/hr. You work on your own but have no real way of contacting supervisors and you never meet them either. A strange job that makes little sense to me now. Won't be here much longer.
