Try calling in to HR. 30 min wait and you'll not be paid for your time waiting. Not being paid for time is a common occurrence with Crossmark. After spending 30 mins on the line waiting to speak with HR I was told that I would have to contact payroll for my issue. I asked for a direct line to payroll. Guess what? There is none and that we have to contact only via email. I explained that every email I've sent was sent back saying I was blocked. She seemed to not care. Surprise.
If you get sick and are unable to access your timesheet before the cut off you are not paid.
The entire system is flawed. You are asked to enter your time on a timesheet, but you're not paid for the time that you spend entering your time. You are not paid for reading tickets before going to a job. You are not paid for a lot of your time. The company sends you a ton of stuff and expects you to store it at your house. I am not paid for storing this crap. Why should I have to take up an entire room?
This company does not care about you as a person. They see you as a cog in the machine. Go work fast food or delivery or anything. Just don't do this.
