Used to be a Decent Company to Work For - Retail Representative CROSSMARK Employee Review

Pros

Good company to work for if you don't depend on it to pay your bills. If you manage to get hire fulltime, you may get 32 hours a week. If you're parttime, your hours will usually be 0-15 hours a week.

Cons

No guarantee of hours even if you're hired fulltime. The medical insurance offered is a joke. The retail jobs are scheduled by computer. This means if you live within 20 miles of someone that is fulltime, you won't get any jobs unless they turn them down. The pay rate is less than average and if you're parttime, don't expect to ever get a raise.

Pros

Job was flexible to a point

Cons

Management changes frequently and is very poor at communication. Then they were "combined" with another company, which changed how we were paid and started messing with schedules.
