Flexable hrs. Your given your assignments that need to be completed by the end of the week. You make your schedule. Good for working Mom's or College students.
Cons
Pay raises don't come offen, your expected to know how to do all different types of merchandising. Co. computer programs can be hard to learn, lots of call to Tec support for help with these programs. Some supervisors are unreasonable and play favorites. If you travel for the co. your expected to submit travel expenses and there is a time limit. I was screwed out of 20k in expensive. No one would help with this situation. Not a supervisor or the corporate office. Most co. when you travel give you your daily meal allotment in your weekly check. You had to do expense reports from home I was away for 2-3 mo. at a time. This is retail it eats you alive.
