simple work flexible hours, scheduling pay might go up based on task and speed of completion

lack of effective communication from team leads and regional supes corporate slashed gas and mileage allowances even though team leads routinely assign locations whose distance is beyond the limits, forcing field reps to pay the difference out of pocket virtually no opportunity for advancement as HR often hires mass numbers of reps for limited hours, often less than 15 per week. some weeks, there may be no work at all, either because they lost clients or because team leads play favoritism, reassigning tasks without any prior notice whatsoever "perk" program is a joke
