Pros
The best reasons to work here are the flexibility of the schedule. This is good for college students, stay at home moms, retired people, and someone looking for a first time job. The starting pay is 10.25per hour, and you often work at least 12 hours a week with as much as 30 hours per week during the holiday season. Very easy money to make, just be sociable, courteous, and kind to customers. An entry level way to learn basic sales skills. Get to try new foods, and get new recipes as well from time to time.
Cons
Hours aren't sufficient enough to support a family, or dependable for bills, and responsibilities. Management changes every other year, and there is general high turnover with this company in this department. It's also pretty much dead end there is no room to advance or move to another department, and no matter how much is sold you don't receive any raises or bonuses. As to why this is my last month working here.
