This job was fine until the company switched to the Axis platform. Hours went from 20+ down to 5 hours per week (or less), local stores taken away, was "assigned" stores 20 miles or more away. The new system was not ready to be implemented and the effect on reps was severe. Reps in my division left because hours were cut with no notice. Management offered me stores even FURTHER away when I spoke to them about it. Mileage reimbursement is no where close to national standards. Employees are apparently disposable. Communication inconsistent - either it was micro-management or no response. Emails from supervisor were often in a demeaning tone, very unprofessional. Very little encouragement or support from supervisor during changeover to new system.
