Unlimited PTO, health benefits are average, 401K match. Hybrid work environment, unless you do not live near an office, then its remote work. Good stepping stone if you are trying to learn sales or analytics.
Cons
Lots of talking behind peoples backs. Career path is dependent upon favoritism. Expect to work 55+ hrs a week, even more when other dont pull their weight. Typical Broker where clients come and go often which leading to not reaching EBITA targets forcing no or low merits and bonuses. Management among groups can be spiteful against each other. If you have personal issues and you need to tell your boss, be prepared that your boss will inform everyone. Never real clear direction from leadership. Pay is above other brokers but well below industry standards
