Pros

Work by yourself for the most party the supervisor leaves you alone no drama

Cons

The company steals from you only pays you 25cent a mile your drive your own car. No communication I’ve had 3 supervisors in the last year the keep getting fired or disappear and nobody even tells you they are not your supervisor the soft where they used is awful and always have issues they tablets they provide if they even do are super slow and you don’t get payed pass the time you work no benefits I worked here over a year and didn’t get a raise or vacation or holiday or sick time. They system that calculate your miles is rigged and set up to calculate to pay you less miles and you have to constantly put a request in to get the miles you drive I put in my notice to the company and a day later they basically let me do my day off work and logged me out of they system so I won’t get payed the drive time or likes or for the stores I did I contacted HR tech support and my supervisor and nobody can help so this week I’m jobless because I chose to give them a notice and now I’m not getting payed

an honest example of your day, we will pay you for 15 minutes to run up to a Walmart. For that 15 minutes we will expect you to read instructions for any new changes, run in and check in with a manager, find our product, count our products exactly, go to the back room and find our products (which is by far the longest step), count our products in the back exactly, bring our products to the front of the store, take pictures and answer questions, remove all old products, stock by date, take pictures and answer questions. If this takes you 25-30 minutes, which is probably a more accurate accounting, we will still only pay you for 15. If you are lucky there may be another job that day, but if not you will be expected to waste your gas, drive to the Walmart that we demanded, and work that 15 minute job alone. In that case we will be demanding that you take an hour out of your day for $3.00.
