      frequent home time good rates

      Cons

      not enough freight maintenance is expensive taking the bus to orientation and having to share a hotel room with a stranger is not welcoming difficult to reach people on the phone

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
