      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol

      Pros

      The training was decent. They have dorms to stay in while training. You can work doing shuttle driving while waiting for actual truck driving training to start.

      Cons

      Hard to find a team mate. Not a very good selection of trainers. You have to team drive your first few months almost all accounts are for teams.
