      Pros

      I loved the job; I got paid great, we drove from California to Texas so the miles were always there. Home twice a week about 850$ a week.

      Cons

      Little home time, always on the road. Always on the go ... No time for yourself if your the type of person who enjoy building relationships this job isn't for you because nine times out of ten your alone.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
